Section 30
<br> to keep the environment clean
The mountaineer team must follow the specified conditions in order not to pollute the environment while climbing the mountain. (2) In case of non-observance of the conditions stipulated in sub-section (1), if there is any loss or damage to anyone's life or any government or non-government property, the concerned mountaineer and the recommending organization shall pay compensation as determined by the Government of Nepal.
